A Google Internet search is how I came to know Deborah Carr. I had sold my Home in New Jersey in late December 2022. As I was in the throes of De-Cluttering, “Staging” my Home for Sale, I could not psyke my Mind into concentrating on where I wanted to Live. So I put that in the “Rear View Mirror”. Finally in early November I knew I wanted to move to Florida—didn’t know where precisely. After contacting Deborah via phone she was able to find me a very “suitable furnished Rental” in one of the many Wynmoor Village Condo Associations. In searching for the “right” Association within Wynmoor—here is where Deborah Carr’s insight and years of experience was of great help. Initially I was “content” with Re-Locating permanently within the same “Condo Association” but after looking a quite a few available for sale units within my Rental’s Condo Association. Deborah asked me to zero in on some of my Interests here at Wynmoor. Being a “simple person” with simple interests, Shows, Movies, social activities; Deborah suggested I consider a couple of Associations within a short walk to the On-Site Theater for Shows and Movies; along with the nearby Main Swimming Pool especially as my partner Stephanie and I age. After viewing several units within 2 different Associations we were guided by Deborah’s experience in Real Estate Transactions—matching clients to homes and apartments with their needs and desires helped us greatly in reaching a Decision to “land” within the Abaco Condominium Village at Wynmoor in Coconut Creek, Florida. Deborah pointed many things out during this process which I had failed to notice. Deborah I can say has her clients best interest in mind. It was a pleasure working with Deborah throughout this process.

Availability and communication was key during our house search. Deb was always available day, night and weekends for showings and questions. She helped us through the process of finding the perfect home. We couldn’t have done it without her!
